I've heard of New Vegas Stutter Remover (NVSR), but I'm not sure that this is what I'm looking for, and I've heard that NVSR can actually cause more stuttering in select scenarios.Tried near everything to remove New Vegas stuttering [FNV] I use MO2 for new vegas, and have all of New Vegas' dlcs. I use ENB with the Dynamo ENB preset, tried with and without, zero difference with micro stuttering.
